Where in the world can you “still” find Casey Serin?
I was checking the incoming links in my blog, when I saw a familiar figure "I am $2.2 Million in Debt". There could only be one person I know (who would link back to me) who has this much in debt…Casey Serin.
The blog which made him famous, "I am Facing Foreclosure" had been officially sold to Aaron Krowne and Krowne Concepts Inc..
All of his entries have been pulled out of the blog as part of the sale agreement.
However, for those who missed all the drama and lessons to be learned from Casey’s experience in real estate flipping that went flop, you can still read about his previous blog entries in "IFacedForeclosure".
Here is one of the latest or maybe last media exposure of Casey Serin’s saga "Real Estate Leaves One Investor High and Dry" as featured in ABC News. The news article summarizes the beginning and the end of Casey’s story. It might not have a fairy tale ending, but in a true Casey way, he still manages to find the positive energy amidst all his failures.
"While Serin want to work out deals for his remaining debt, he said he is trying his best to avoid declaring bankruptcy.
"People say maybe you should give up after eight bad deals," he said. "Well, I’d like to say they weren’t all bad, and I have learned a lot through it. So I’d like to think the next deal I am going to do is going to be successful."
So, Serin continues to search for his eureka moment and hopes to strike gold."
