Even rock stars get the housing blues
Think it’s only ordinary folks who have beefs with their real estate agents?
Think again. Even rock stars can have agent troubles.
The Daily Dish, a San Francisco-based blog, reports that Slash, most famous as the lead guitarist in the rock band Guns N’ Roses, is suing his real estate agent. The problem? Slash and his wife claim that their agent, with Sotheby’s International Realty, told them that their new house sat on a private, gated street. Unfortunately, the house actually sits on a public street that features little parking.
The couple is suing for more than $1 million.
