Condo Music: a real estate marketing tool
Condo developers are now using music in their websites to distinguish their development from other projects. It is a marketing tool used to project a certain image and lifestyle to their target buyers. The theme of the music is based on the building’s location, history, target demographic and the preferences of the developer.
Here are some of the websites that makes use of condo music as a marketing tool:
"One extraordinary location. Ten Luxury lofts. Two extraordinary penthouses. "
"Air by Asymptote. Sky by Asymptote. 166 Perry st. by Asymptote."
"246 W17th is stunning and timeless. It doesn’t need to yell about itself. by overwhelming the neighborhood either. Rather, it fits right in. And, in 30 years it would still be a beauty."
"Stunning views. Studio, one, two, three Bedroom homes. Interior Design by Rockwell Group. 30,000 square feet of amenities. Hotel staff members at your service. Levels above luxury."
"Thirty two dramatic condominium residences created by one of the world’s most innovate architects on New York’s Lower East Side. You in Blue.
"Your home’s ambience affects every aspect of your life. Knowing this we created Cielo’s interiors specifically to serve as havens from the whirlwind of city life.

I personally like the 246 West 17th music. It is upbeat and makes me feel happy. It brings out the inner child in me. In fact, the music reminds me of a mix between the Sesame Street and Friends theme song. Meanwhile, I also like the music of the Blue Condominium. It sort of transports me to a different era. It is relaxing and makes me feel like coming home after a long day at work.
However, at the end of the day the music is just the icing on the cake. You need to check out the whole product to see if it truly fits your lifestyle, priorities and your finances.
Let me know… which of the condo music from the above list do you like best?
